Telescopic Rail
Rollon telescopic rails feature a robust construction attributed to their induction-hardened raceways and anti-corrosion surface treatments, ensuring durability, while their high load capacity of up to 3,800 kg per pair of guides facilitates handling of substantial tasks, complemented by the flexibility to accommodate various extractions, ranging from partial to full up to 150% of the guide’s length in a closed position; furthermore, incorporating a comprehensive array of locking and damping systems, coupled with the sturdy profile of the guide rail minimizing deflection, underscores their commitment to safety.

Compact Rail
The Compact Rail offers self-aligning capabilities with bearings and a C-profile crafted from cold-drawn carbon steel, featuring induction-hardened and ground raceways, effectively addressing misalignment concerns, streamlining machining processes, and circumventing potential rises in application expenditures.

- Roller guide designed to be mounted on machined surfaces.
- High-performance steel rail with hardened and ground raceways.
- Suitable for automatic cycle operation at high operating speeds and loads.
- Compensation of misalignments up to 4mm due to “T+U” rail configuration.
- Linear accuracy of less than 0.1 mm for a rail length of 1000 mm.
- Adjustable slider preload. Easy rail junction.
- Suitable for use in dirty, humid, low, and high temperature environment.
Easyslide
Easyslide presents a compact solution engineered for heavy loads, featuring linear ball rails with either single or multiple sliders. The system comprises a “C” shaped linear profile rail and one or more internal sliders equipped with caged recirculating ball bearings, offering a streamlined design for efficient load management.
Features:
- The best space/load capacity ratio of the Rollon linear range.
- High performance in single-rail configuration. The large width of the rail allows a strong positioning of the rail on its support.
- Fixing screws (M6 in size 35) dimensioned to achieve a strong rail/frame connection.
- Wide and strong rail/frame interface allowing “medium performance” material for the frame and mounting of the Easyslide on rough/unmachined surfaces.
- Linear accuracy of 0.1 mm/m. 10.9 quality fixing screws recommended.
- Only suitable for horizontal mounting. Rails not joinable.
