Linear technology forms the basis of modern storage and conveyor systems and is therefore essential for the implementation of automated processes in intralogistics. Rollon will showcase how linear technology solutions and an expanded product portfolio can help reducing costs and increasing productivity at LogiMAT in Stuttgart, from 19 to 21 March 2024.
As a specialist in linear motion systems and a long-standing partner in intralogistics, Rollon offers a comprehensive portfolio for automating the flow of goods. In 2023, the portfolio was significantly expanded through the merger with Nadella Group. Since then, customers have benefited from a more comprehensive range of products and services and an even wider sales, manufacturing and service network.
At LogiMAT 2024 in Stuttgart, Rollon will showcase its wide range of products and services for warehouse automation: an efficient, integrated telescopic rail solution for shuttle systems, an innovative circular system as well as ball screws, rod ends and spherical plain bearings.
Efficient, integrated telescopic rail for shuttle systems
Based on the Telescopic Rail, Rollon has developed an efficient and integrated linear technology solution that offers manufacturers of shuttle systems enormous time savings. The modular system with telescopic rails, rack and pulley is pre-configured, pre-assembled at the Rollon factory and easy to integrate. A demo model with two ASN telescopic guides illustrates what this looks like in practice. The linear guide system ensures smooth and even running and is an efficient solution for shuttles, Miniloads and mobile robots in automated warehouses.
AXNR circular system: Powerful, compact, flexible
With the circular system AXNR by Nadella, Rollon can now count on a flexible and adaptable system for precise circular applications in its portfolio. The circular system is characterised by a high load capacity, rigidity and precision and achieves smooth, quiet movements and precise positioning. A base directly connected to the gearbox and machined from an aluminium alloy ensures a small footprint. The modular design enables customer-specific modifications and special designs to be implemented within a very short time.
Diverse product portfolio for intralogistics
Rollon’s diverse portfolio – which ranges from linear guides, telescopic rails and linear actuators to ball screws, rod ends and spherical plain bearings – can answer to the needs of the intralogistics industry for application in automated shuttles, storage and retrieval machines (SRMs), automated guided vehicles (AGVs), tower/shuttle systems or packaging and palletising. The result is flexible, user-friendly, and cost-efficient automation solutions that ensure maximum precision, dynamics and reliability.
